Exciting News: Pay-at-Close Partnership with Titus Starting in April!

At Brass & Batten Home Staging and Design, we’ve built a reputation as West Michigan’s go-to staging company—focused on high-quality, intentional designs that help homes sell faster and for more.

We’re thrilled to announce our new Pay-at-Close partnership with Titus, starting in the second week of April.

This new collaboration will allow homeowners to stage their homes and pay for the service only at the close of the sale, making the entire process easier and more flexible.

How It Works:

Starting in April, homeowners can book our full home staging services and coordinate payment through Titus. Here’s how it works:

1.Book Your Staging Service: Choose the perfect staging package for your home.

2.Stage Your Home: Our design team will professionally stage your home with curated, intention-driven pieces that are designed to make it stand out in today’s competitive market.

3.Pay at Close: The payment for the staging service is handled directly through Titus, and you’ll pay once the property has successfully closed.

Important Information:

To take advantage of the Pay-at-Close option, homeowners will need to go through Titus’ application process, which is simple and efficient. The application allows you to access flexible payment options while getting your home staged and ready for sale.

There is a small service fee associated with using the Pay-at-Close option, as Titus manages the payment processing.

This fee is well worth the convenience of staging now and paying later.

Why This Is Great for Homeowners:

•No upfront costs: Homeowners can stage their properties without having to worry about paying until the sale is complete.

•More flexibility: Titus offers this flexible payment plan, making it easier to invest in staging without the financial strain during the sale process.

• Streamlined process: Titus handles everything on the back end, making the process simple and efficient.
